Breast cancer treatment and recovery can be a long, overwhelming journey, one that affects both the body and the heart. Gyrokinesis® offers a gentle, customisable way to begin rebuilding your body temple after the storm.🌿

Using just a stool and a mat, this small-group class introduces flowing, circular movements paired with mindful breathing to gradually restore energy and reconnect you with your body.💗

Movements are rhythmic and three-dimensional, helping to relieve tightness around the chest and shoulders, ease restrictions from scar tissue or treatment, and support healthy realignment.

Participants can expect improved lymphatic flow, better blood circulation, enhanced spinal strength, and more easeful balance.💫 As mobility returns and energy begins to flow, many also rediscover a deep mind-body connection, bringing calmness, clarity, and the confidence to meet the world anew.
