Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a primary healthcare profession with focus on diagnosis, treatment and management of musculoskeletal problems. Osteopaths use a holistic approach to the patients’ wellbeing, promoting health. Osteopaths use several techniques such as manipulation, articulation, soft tissue massage and others to increase mobility of the joints, release muscle tension and improve blood and nerve supply to the tissues.

The osteopath also provides advice on posture and physical exercise. Osteopathy diagnoses and treats a variety of musculoskeletal problems such as back and neck pain and other joint pain, chronic pain conditions and physical injury.
