The pre-training course is an in-depth experience

The pre-training course is an in-depth experience of the movement system and the first step on the path to becoming a trainer, but is also for experienced students who want to deepen their understanding and strengthen their embodiment of the basic principles of the gyrotonic movement system.

GYROTONIC® Pre-Training Level 1

October 2026, 21 to 27 (24 day off)

10 to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm
