Working out doesn’t always have to be a solo venture. In fact, moving in sync with someone else can bring new energy, focus, and fun to your training. That’s exactly what GYROTONIC® duet sessions offer, a playful, dynamic way to build strength, mobility, and connection.
Why Try GYROTONIC® With a Partner?
Duet sessions are a chance to experience the unique rhythm and flow of GYROTONIC® in a shared setting. Whether you’re looking for a fresh way to train or just want to shake up your movement routine, these sessions offer a rewarding blend of structure and spontaneity.
Shared Movement, Personalised Guidance
Each duet session at Kings Cross Studios is tailored to you and your partner’s individual needs. Clients are paired based on similar experience levels, and while you work through the same or complementary exercises, instructors offer individual feedback and adjustments.
